My grandson introduced me to quinoa and it took me a few tries to get it perfect. But once I figured out the cooking, I love it! My latest use was using it in acorn squash, filling the cavity with brown sugar and butter mixture, then add quinoa and top it with more sugar before baking it. Hi Bushra, Quinoa is a part of my meals for a while now and I do love it. Didn’t know of these brands though, will definitely give them a try. I usually use Organic India’s which are sold at Fab India and medical stores.
