I would love to be 65 kilos again. For me, that seemed to be my most healthy weight. I agree crash diets do not work – for me, the old Points Plus Weight Watchers program worked until I had to go on a medication that causes some weight gain. Keep moving is the best exercise. Don’t sit!

Yeah it is
So motivating. I’m trying to loose weight too after pregnancy and I was very skinny. Sp it’s more a mental battle than a physical one. I’ve lost inches and look slimmer but the weight z s refuses to budge. I would recommend seeing a nutritionist as well along with exercising to loose weight .
