Though I hate summers at the same time wait for them eagerly. The reason is Mango. I’m dying heart fan of mangoes and can’t imagine summers without mangoes.
When the market is overflow with the King of fruits, I planned to try my hands at homemade Mango banana frozen Yoghurt. This is quick and easy to make and no machine required. It can be made with only a few ingredients and no added sugars. Yes, health and taste at the same platter.
The King of fruits mangoes is the best both at taste and health levels. Though the temperament of Mangoes is hot, it’s advised to have it after cooling it down. Before you jump into the recipe let’s have a look about the Health Benefits of Mangoes:

Mango-Banana Frozen Yoghurt Recipe
- Preparation time- 10min
- Serves- 4
- Frozen Mangoes- 2 cups
- Banana Frozen- 1 cup
- Yoghurt- 1/3 cup
- Honey- 2-3tbsp
- Add the frozen mangoes, banana, yoghurt and honey in a food processor and churn it till it becomes creamy.
- Transfer it into the mold or air tight containers and freeze it for 6 hours or overnight.
