Dietary Tips To Prevent HAIR LOSS

Hair loss now commonly seen among every age group. Be it young or old everyone is struggling with the problem. Hair loss has a negative impact on one’s personality, connects with the beauty of a person and makes you look older than your age.

Though there are both clinical as well as nutritional causes for hair loss. The clinical causes can be treated by ruling out the root causes following by its treatment. If you have hormonal imbalance like PCOS or thyroid you will get clinical treatment first.

However, no matter how much keratin treatment, protein-rich shampoo, anti-hair fall shampoo, egg shampoo or different kinds of oil treatment you could use, you will not find the appropriate results especially in case of nutritional deficiency.

I’m discussing today types of nutritional deficiency in hair loss and it’s the cure.

1) Deficiency of Vitamin C

If you have a deficiency of Vitamin C you will get hair loss. Vitamin C plays an important role in boosting the collagen level. Hence it’s necessary to include vitamin C in your diet for proper hair growth. Now the question is what is the vitamin C rich food? You can take orange, strawberry, lemon, kiwi, etc these are all good sources of vitamin C.

2) Collagen imbalance

Due to certain reasons collagen level imbalance in our body, like unhealthy Lifestyle, improper diet, etc. This leads to hair loss. Collagen is present in the muscles and fibers of our body. This is inactive because of our static and unhealthy lifestyle. Hence there’s a need to activate this collagen in order to prevent hair loss.

You can do exercise to activate the collagen fibers. Exercise triggers the inactive collagen present in muscle and it boosts its level in the body. This ultimately promotes hair growth. You can do any kind of exercise- yoga, morning walk, jogging, workout, etc. Exercise not only promote hair growth also helps in anti-aging.

You can eat certain foods to boost collagen levels in your body. You can eat green leafy vegetables, carrots, garlic, or different kinds of berries that increase the collagen level in the body.

3) Deficiency of Biotin

Biotin plays an important role in keeping your hair Healthy. Deficiency of Biotin leads to hair loss. To prevent you can use Biotin rich food sources like, dairy products, meat, nuts, seeds like sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, flax seeds which are rich in omega 3 fatty acids. These foods boost levels of Biotin in your body and hence promotes hair growth.
