Mix half spoon almond oil, three drops orange oil and two drops honey before going to bed at night. Take this mixture and massage it lightly around the eyes. This will give a lot of benefits.

2) Cucumber therapy.

Cucumber therapy can be used to reduce the problem of dark circles. For this, place a piece of cucumber on the eyes. After keeping the eye closed for some time, turn it lightly on the dark area. By doing this, blackness will also go away along with decreasing the thickness around the eye.

3) Fit diet.

Take milk, yogurt, citrus fruits, pulses, green vegetables, sprouted grains, etc. in your diet. Apart from this, include more and more colorful foods like Yellow bull paper, Red bull paper, Tomato, etc. in your food.

4) T-bags.

T-bags can also be used on dark circles. The element tannin present in T-bags reduces inflammation and darkness around the eyes.

5) Full sleep.

Our skin regenerates itself mostly at night. Therefore, to maintain its beauty, a beautiful sleep is very important.

6) Vaseline.

Vaseline will hydrate the skin and keep it healthy. It is also useful to eliminate lines and prevent wrinkles.

So by taking care of these things, you can avoid the dark circle.
