Curd¼ cup
Black pepper powder1 tsp
Lemon juice ½ tsp
Cumin powder1 tsp
Chat masala1½ tsp
Kala namak½ tsp
Garam masala½ tsp
Kasoori methi1½ tsp
Salt to taste
Kashmiri red chili powder2 tsp
Roasted besan2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste2 tsp
Mustard oil2tbsp
Paneer cubes (cottage cheese)250gm
Simla Mirch cubes (Green bell peppers)2
Onion shells2
Garnishing
Butter/ Oil for frying5tbsp
Nimbu & Chat Masala for garnishing1 tsp

Paneer Tikka Masala Recipe Method:

1. In a bowl add curd and whisk to make a smooth paste.

2. Add all the marination masala to the curd. Mix well so that all things come together.

3. Heat the mustard oil till it smokes, cools it & add to this mixture.

4. Cut cottage cheese, green peppers, onion into cubes.

5. Add cottage cheese cubes, green peppers, and onion to the curd mixture. Mix well so that cottage cheese pieces and veggies are well coated with the marinade.

6. let this mixture sit for 1hr so that the flavors mix well together. You can store it in the fridge.

7. Arrange the cottage cheese cubes along with onion and green peppers in a skewer. I’ve taken a toothpick. If you have bamboo skewers you can take them as well.

8. You can grill them, fry them, saute them on gas.

9. Once cooked transfer to plate. Garnish with lemon juice and chat masala.

10. Serve Hot.
