I always wonder why the brainy people happen to be avid exercisers ! I comes across some facts how workout act as kick to our brainy system.

  • Better cognitive function workout improves our cognitive function and we think more efficiently & effectively .

  • Takes away all confusion workout leads to clarity in thinking People who workout are more productive than those who don’t .

  • Release of key hormones there is release of key hormones of serotonin,dopamine after cardiovascular workout that reduces stress, boost up our mood & make us feel happier .

  • Improves memory Working out for at least 30min a day  improves our memory function.

  • Develops decision making Cardio workout session flood the brain with chemicals that implores our ability to take decisions more efficiently.
