Chilli Potato recipe is every girl’s favorite . Dry chilli potato goes well with the starter and a gravy version works as complementary with fried rice or noodles , I am sharing dry version of chilli potato.You can have the as snacks to pull away your boredom & give tangy & spicy treat to your tongue. I tried to make healthy version by not deep frying it & cook it in microwave . it can also be cook in non stick pan by stir fry method.

  • Main Ingredients : Potaoto

  • Cook time : 11-15 minutes

Chilli Potato recipe Ingredients :

  • Potatoes cut into fingers 5 medium
  • Cornflour/ corn starch 3 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 2 tSps

Paste:

  • White pepper powder a pinch
  • Red chillis (Soaked in warm water)
  • Garlic Cloves 7-8
  • Corainder seeds 1tsp
  • CUMIN SEEDS 1TSP

{crush these spices in mortar & pestle  in coarsed mixture)

Chilli Potato recipe Method :

Step 1

Add potatoes in a microwave & all ingredients.  Mix well and set aside for twenty minutes.

Step 2

Pre heat microwave oven at 180 degree & cook this at 130 degree for 20 minutes

Step 3

Check the seasonings & Serve hot.
