Parents give maximum effort to maintain the health of their child. But the overweight of your child gives you a hard task. You can motivate and encourage your child to lose weight by being positive and supportive throughout any process. Help your child to achieve goals set to regain the healthy weight. Reward them with hugs, praise, and gifts.

Listen to your child’s concern about weight. Show understanding, support and encourage then throughout weight loss regime.
