  • Canned food or drinks come with the serving size on the label. Make your child learn and have the matching portion to avoid extra calories.

  • Meat low in fat content, seafood, and eggs.
  • low-fat milk and milk products and milk substitutes like soy milk
  • Smoothies made with low-fat yogurt. Avoid fat-rich smoothies.
