What is Quinoa all about?
Quinoa (‘keen-WA’) commonly known as Chenopodium quinoa. It is a gluten-free food, easy to digest and usually grown organically. Raw Quinoa is packed with 64% carbohydrates, 14% protein, and 6% fat. It’s of two types – Red and creamy white.
