CHILLI POTATO RECIPE – HEALTHY SNACK

Chilli Potato recipe is every girl’s favorite. Dry chili potato goes well with the starter and a gravy version works as complementary with fried rice or noodles, I am sharing a dry version of chili potato.You can have them as snacks to pull away from your boredom & give a tangy & spicy treat to your tongue. I tried to make a healthy version by not deep frying it & cook it in the microwave. it can also be a cook in the nonstick pan by stir-fry method.

Chilli Potato recipe Ingredients :

  • Potatoes cut into fingers 5 medium
  • Cornflour/ cornstarch 3 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 2 Tsp

Paste:

  • White pepper powder a pinch
  • Red chillis (Soaked in warm water)
  • Garlic Cloves 7-8
  • Coriander seeds 1tsp
  • CUMIN SEEDS 1TSP

{crush these spices in mortar & pestle  in coarse mixture)

Chilli Potato recipe Method :

Step 1

Add potatoes in a microwave & all ingredients.  Mix well and set aside for twenty minutes.

Step 2

Preheat microwave oven to 180 degrees & cook this at 130 degrees for 20 minutes

Step 3

Check the seasonings & Serve hot.
