Keep it simple, eliminate the negative attitudes will surely help you to shift from fear to freedom. Remember, be the perfect version of you and overlook your imperfect qualities.

Stopping a thought burns more energy than stopping a truck on a downhill slope. So don’t focus on anything in particular. Don’t make any rules for the mind, rules will restrict your horizons. Watch how it eases.

4) Friendship with Uncertainty:

Make uncertainty your best friend and learn how to deal with changed plans. Don’t try to control your life. Take a life to an unknown destination with no guarantee. Devote yourself to discover life mystery and enjoy the joyful journey. Travel new places, explore new food. this is one of the best ways to relax.
