Stir-fry Noodles means “simple” in the sense as it is easy to make using basic ingredients, and in the Chinese culture : Simple stir-fry stands for method where ingredients are added to the hot pan one after the another
Stir-fry Noodles are common in regions of East and Southeast Asia. There exist numerous varieties, cooking styles, and ingredients for making them.
In fact, Stir-fry Noodles are one of my favorite weeknight comfort foods. These Stir-fry Noodles are quick to prepare, and serve as the perfect backdrop for everything .
First you stir-fry aromatic ingredients like garlic in the hot pan — these aromatics will season the whole dish with subtle flavor. Next, you stir-fry any meat, or vegetables, like Green bell peppers ,cabbage . Finally, you add the noodles and the sauce or liquid stir-fry ingredients.
This makes the ideal for a weeknight meal for two to four people. So skip ordering noodles from outside . As by cooking at home you can not only control calories but its more hygienic .So Do Try & let me know about your experience
Stir Fry Noodle with sesame dressing
- Sesame Oil – 1tbsp
- Onion 2 finely chopped
- 4-5 garlic cloves
- Salt to taste
- Capsicum 3
- Cabbage 1
- Oregano 1tsp
- Red chilli 1tsp
- Balack pepper 1tsp
- Soya sauce 1tbsp
- Vinegar ½ tbsp
- Tomato sauce 2tbsp
- Coriander leaf for garnishing
- Heat sesame oil & add garlic , onion & stir fry it
- Add green capsicum , Cabbage & cook till it become soft.
- Add oregano , salt , red chilli , black pepper , soya sauce ,vinegar
- Add noodles , tomato sauce & Toss
- Serve in a noodle bowl and garnish with a coriander leaf.
