What’s your favorite idea of having peanut butter? Many of us have a misconception about peanut butter that it imparts so many calories. But my dear friend I think here you underestimate peanut butter.
Let’s have a quick look at the health benefits of peanut butter:
Helps in losing weight: It imparts 180 calories per serving but the combination of fiber and protein gives you the feeling of fullness and get control over your cravings.
A powerhouse of nutrition: Loaded with antioxidants and minerals reduces the risk of many diseases like heart problems, diabetes, and other chronic health conditions. So next time doesn’t count your calories while eating peanut butter.
