INDIAN TORTILLA Recipe ,Healthy Nutritious Tortilla Make from mixed flour of ragi ,jowar ,bajra , maize which gives external source of carbohydrate & fibres.

INDIAN TORTILLA Recipe

Ingredients :

Wheat Flour – 1/2 cup

Corn Flour – 1/2 cup

Gram Flour – 1/4 cup

Luke Warm Water – 1 cup

Cumin Powder – 1/4 tsp

Chopped Mint – 2 tsp

Green Chillies – 1tsp

Salt – to taste

Butter – to shallow fry

 

 

METHOD :

  1. In a bowl mix wheat flour, gram flour,corn  flour and salt and knead well with water to form a dough. Divide into equal portion balls and set aside.

  2. Roll each balls into a disc.

  3. Heat a non- stick tawa. Put the parantha on the tawa and cook on both sides by smearing it with butter till done. Serve hot with sabzi.
