Heedful about The Third Trimester Of Pregnancy

The Third Trimester is from 28th week to 40th week of pregnancy. Your belly is full blown moon now and you already fell in love with your baby movements. Lots of question will be in your mind now what next. Read on to now more about your body change and lots more 🙂

The Subjective symptoms during the third trimester ( 29-40 weeks or 7-9 month ) of pregnancy 


Amenorrhea that is absence of menses still persists

Backache

You have put on some extra kilos and this may lead to severe lower back ache. You’ll find it difficult to be seated for a long duration.

Progressive Enlargement of abdomen

Due to increase in the size of the fetus, your baby bump is now enlarged to the full moon size. This may produce some mechanical discomfort to the patient such as palpitation or dyspnoea.

Lightening

A sense of relief of the pressure symptoms at 38th week is obtained especially in primigravidae that is a woman who is going to be a mom for the very first time.

Frequency of micturition reappears

Fetal movements are more pronounced

Fatigue

After Second trimester your energy level drop due to increase in your body weight, nutritional requirement. And you feel fatigue with even small tasks.

Swelling

Some of you might see tightness in around your face, neck, fingers especially in toes. If this swelling comes all of a sudden then it may be the sign of preeclampsia, talk to your doctor immediately.

Discharge

You may find some watery or curdy discharge, especially before your due date as one of the signs of delivery. If it occurs in seventh or eight months talk to your physician.

Weight Gain

You may gain around 450-grams weight every week. This is absolutely normal depending you’re overweight or under-weight.

Baby’s Growth and Development in The Third Trimester Of Pregnancy


In this trimester your baby’s physical parts like bones, organs like brain, skin will grow faster than ever.

Your baby digestive system started working and all the senses are activated by the end of this trimester

By the end of this trimester, that is 9 month, your baby will grow about 19-22 inches and weighs about 2.5kg – 4kg Normally. 

Tests During The Third Trimester Of Pregnancy


Complete Blood Test – Especially Haemoglobin to check the level of Iron in your blood.

Urine test – For any UTI, Protein, sugar level

Ultrasound – the third-trimester Ultrasound will monitor you baby’s growth -check your baby body size, shape, weight, fetal heart sound, fetal movements, and check for any kind of complications. It also tells the due date of Delivery.

Risk
An ultrasound is considered safe for both you and your baby.

Interference of the Third Trimester of Pregnancy


The Third Trimester of Pregnancy is the will make you quite lethargic due to increase body weight. You feel tired early. Maybe you’ll prone to problems like Dyspnea (Breathlessness). My advice to you is to be strong, have confidence in yourself and remember that patience result is always fruitful. Trust me The smile, touch and warmth of your baby let you forget all the pains 🙂
